Africa welcomes you, dear friends!
You arrive in Durban or Richards Bay by the morning flight. You will be met by a representative of Alpha-Zulu of Africa and your unforgettable African journey begins! Your road takes you through sugar cane fields, picturesque villages and fabulously beautiful landscapes. You arrive at the lodge for dinner. The guide will help you to your accommodation at the hotel and say goodbye to you. A short rest and you will later meet with an experienced English-speaking ranger and leave for a safari to watch the African Big Five (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard). Return to the hotel for dinner.
You will rise early and depart for an unforgettable safari in Africa's oldest national park and the second oldest Peace Park, Hluhluwe-Umfolozi. In its open spaces and in the African bush among thickets of acacias and dense shrubbery live almost all representatives of the diverse African fauna. Do not forget to prepare get your cameras ready! A well-trained professional huntsman will help you find the animals and come as close as possible to them. At the end of the safari you will return to the lodge, where a delicious breakfast awaits you. You will have the opportunity to choose between relaxing by the pool and going on a walking safari, accompanied by trained hunters. After a Victorian tea party, you will be leaving for an evening safari, returning in time for dinner.
After the morning safari and breakfast, accompanied by an English-speaking driver, you will transfer by car (1h 40 min) to the next leg of your trip. You will drive along the warm Indian Ocean, where you will find 40 km of white sand beaches. When you walk there you may not meet anybody. There are wonderful snorkeling reefs and coastal forests, where you can relax completely. Accommodation at a lodge and a leisurely afternoon
Marine Reserve - Day 4 to Day 6
A leisurely breakfast and rest on the beach or by the pool.
These scenic spots are under the protection of UNESCO because of a unique phenomenon: here, every year from October to March, rare Loggerhead and Leatherback turtles come to mate. On these beaches whales also mate and you can see them here almost all year round.
You can enjoy a range of activities:

- Take a rubber boat trip to places where you might swim with with dolphins, turtles and whales
- Watch the sunset on Lake Sibiya, the largest freshwater lake in the South of the African continent
- Walk to to a peer where you will see crocodiles and hippos

A leisurely breakfast and transfer (1½ hour) to the unique ecological system of lake Saint Lucia, where you will take a cruise on a boat with a guide. These are waters inhabited by crocodiles, hippos and sharks. This ecological system is under UNESCO protection. Where else you can see yellow crocs? Only in St Lucia. These crocodiles can live in both fresh and salt water, thanks to a special gland. In this lake the water is salty ant that is why crocodiles are covered in a yellowish color. After the cruise guide awaits you in a comfortable car and you go back to the coast of the warm Indian Ocean, to sunny and hospitable Durban. Durban is becoming extremely popular among tourists from all over the world. Ballito and Umhlanga are famous resorts on the East Coast. Whenever you go, at any time of year here, it will be warm here and the mild air and the evergreen subtropical landscape will make you want to return here again and again.
After a leisurely breakfast on the veranda of the hotel you will meet with your guide for an exciting journey to the farm lands. You will love the beautiful scenery and your guide will tell you about the Anglo-Boer war, about the culture and traditions of the local population, both white and black, and about the colonial history of this region. The first stop is a ceramic studio whose products are sold at the most famous auctions. You will get acquainted with the design and manufacturing process of these works of art and you can purchase some pieces if you wish.
Back in the car, you continue the journey and stop for lunch at a farm where goats of a rare breed produce milk from which a variety of high quality cheeses are made. First you will taste these cheeses and then the guide will organize lunch with cheeses and famous South African wines. After lunch you will go to the old colonial mansion of a hero of the Boer War, Richard Gordon, who became a minister in the government of the subsequent Republic of Natal. The manor house is surrounded by beautiful landscapes with lakes and farms for breeding horses. Your accommodation is at the manor. You will rest and there you will have a 5-course dinner in the best tradition of the Midlands cuisine.
You awake to bird song and you proceed to a colonial breakfast, after which you will have an interesting tour of the farm where you will be told about the breeding of thoroughbred horses and you can get acquainted with the best of them. After the tour you will drive back to Durban. Upon arrival in the city you will take a sightseeing tour and you will have a chance to buy souvenirs. Durban is becoming extremely popular among tourists from all over the world. Ballito and Umhlanga are famous resorts on the East Coast. Whenever you go, any time of year here, it is warm. The gentle temperature and the evergreen subtropical landscape will make you want to return here again and again.
Farewell breakfast on the veranda of the hotel under the warm African sun rays, and a last walk along the shores of the Indian Ocean. You will now say goodbye to Africa. Your English-speaking guide will transfer you to the airport.
