After breakfast start your unforgettable journey on Madagascar Island. You take the direction to the South through fairly mountainous terrain covered with rice fields. Stop in Ambatolampy-town, built on a flat rock. The city is famous for ancient secrets of the smelting craft and for the manufacture of various ornaments. This profession is passed from father to son and secrets do not go beyond the family. You continue to Antsirabe, where you will stop for lunch (own expense). You travel toward Ambositra, where you stay overnight at VIOLETTE B&B or a similar accommodation.

The day will begin with tours of Ambositra-woodcarving Centre of Madagascar. The architecture of this town is very interesting, because of its carved ornaments on multicolored houses. You continue through the Fianarantsoa with a scenery of rice fields, alternating with pine and eucalyptus forests. When you reach Ambalavao you visit a wine factory, then the remains from the times of Arab civilization and also a factory for the manufacture of paper and the colorful market of Ambalavao. Overnight in Bougainvilleas B&B or similar accommodation.

Early departure and you continue the journey toward Isalo. The first stop is in the private park of Anja: during a 2-hour walk you will see many different lemurs. Continuing the journey to the South Island you will pass through a holy place for the local population, known as "Archbishop's Cape". Stop in Ihosy. The last part of the journey is on the vast plateau of Horombe, with an interesting landscape of red soil. Overnight at MOTEL ISALO B&B or similar accommodation.

You will spend this day in the ISALO National Park. This huge mountain of sandstone resembles the Grand Canyon in America, because of its yellow soil. The mountains are a place where tribal people leave their dead. Next, you will drive to a natural pool with flora unique to this region. Here you can also meet sifaka, brown lemurs, strange lizards and exotic birds. You return to the hotel in the evening.

After breakfast your way is to the North in Ambalavao.
As you progress you can see how the scenery outside the window changes. At the entrance to the town of Ambalavao, you will pass two scenic cliffs, known as the "Gate of the South" and you will complete your itinerary that day in Fianarantsoa. Night at ZOMATEL B&B or similar accommodation.

Early rise and 6:00 o’clock shuttle service to the railway station. You will board a train to the town of Manakara. During those few hours in a train in the East of the island, you will feel that you are in a completely different country. You will pass a multitude of waterfalls and mountain ranges. The train will make 8 stops, during which you will be able to mingle with the locals, who will try to sell you a variety of souvenirs. At approximately noon, you arrive at the Tologoina station, where you will have dinner for an hour and you will then continue (for 1 hour) to Ranomafana. Night at IHARY B&B or similar accommodation.

3-4 hour hike accompanied by a special guide around the Ranomafana National Park, founded in 1991. You will see 12 species of lemurs, including the very rare golden lemurs, and over 100 species of exotic birds, reptiles and butterflies. This park is covered with tropical rainforest and many trees are entwined with vines and orchids. After the excursion, free time that you can spend near the pool or visiting the village locals.

A leisurely breakfast and you are off in your car. You will drive along mountain massifs with cooler climates. You will meet the local population, many of whom have Asian facial features. Antsirabe or “Salty place” is located at 169 km south of Antananarivo, an elegant town, known as a center of brewing. Founded by the Norwegians in 1856, this is the only place in Madagascar which looks like a European city. It has a cool climate and thermal mineral springs, and the town is the most attractive one to stay in Madagascar. Antsirabe has an industry of processing of precious and semiprecious stones. During the city tour you will visit the workshop where these semiprecious stones are treated, as well as a unique workshop for the manufacture of miniature cars. Your tour is coming to an end. The first stop is in the agricultural town of Ambatolampy, where you can visit a manufacturer of special cooking pots. By noon will arrive at the capital of Madagascar Tana. Here you have a city tour and stopping overnight in IC Hotel B&B
